Group CEO
Tony is the founder and Group CEO of FRM Holdings. With decades of experience in business strategy and operational leadership, Tony has built, acquired, operated, and exited multiple businesses across a range of industries. He has directly managed organisations of up to 50 staff and consulted to dozens of companies on hiring, team development, and business growth. His hands-on approach to building and scaling organisations drives the group's strategy and operations.
David Kellam
CMO & CTO
David serves as both Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer for FRM Holdings, leading the group's digital strategy, technology infrastructure, and market positioning. With extensive experience in technology-driven business transformation, David ensures FRM's operating companies are equipped with the systems, AI capability, and digital presence they need to operate efficiently and compete effectively.
